Description:
"Total" is a summary and at the same time a compositional bracket for ENTROPIA's previous achievements. Despite the temptation to continue the path outlined on the previous album - "Vacuum" (2018) - the band focused on fresh ideas and further musical evolution. In this sense, "Total" is a new beginning in ENTROPIA's discography, based on multi-threaded compositions for electric guitar and the sound of amplifiers of their own design.
"The album was an attempt to capture the ongoing process of searching, which in the case of Entropia never has a specific end," the band comments. "Concentrating all the experiences and skills acquired so far, as if in a lens, in our opinion it is a total, separate and complete creation, fully reflecting the chaotic spirit of the band."
The album "Total" was recorded in April 2022 at the Monochrom studio located in the mountains of the Kłodzko Valley. Heinrich House Studio is responsible for the production, mixing and mastering of the album. The album cover was created by Zbigniew Bielak (Carcass, Ghost).
